At Takapuna Bowling Club, we host a growing number of corporate meetings, team-building events and special celebrations each year. Our beautiful surroundings provide a relaxed and welcoming setting for everything from productive meetings and strategy sessions to fun team-building activities and Christmas functions.

Our team-building bowling events generally cater for groups of 20 to 100 people, although we can sometimes accommodate smaller groups. 

Versatile Venue Options

We offer flexible event spaces to suit your needs:

• Downstairs Club Rooms – A spacious venue accommodating up to 100 guests, complete with excellent bar and kitchen facilities.
• Upstairs Corporate Lounge – Ideal for board meetings, off-site strategy sessions and sales seminars for up to 30 people.

Why not add a fun and social lawn bowling experience to your corporate event? Bowling is a great way to bring teams together, encourage friendly competition and create a memorable experience.

We provide quality bowls and experienced coaching, so no previous experience is required. Just bring flat-soled shoes, such as sneakers, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Catering & Facilities

• You’re welcome to bring your own catering and make use of our BBQ and kitchen.
• Alternatively, we can recommend excellent local catering options.

Venue Hire Pricing

• Downstairs Club Rooms: $260 + GST
• Full-Day Hire – Upstairs Corporate Lounge: $300 + GST (includes projector & screen)
• Half-Day Hire – Upstairs Corporate Lounge: $200 + GST (includes projector & screen)

Additional costs include:

• Lawn Bowling: $20 + GST per person (includes all equipment & free coaching). Just bring flat-soled shoes (e.g., sneakers).
• Cleaning Fee: ​​​​​​​Downstairs $90 + GST I Upstairs $60 + GST (may apply depending on numbers).
• BBQ Hire: $30 + GST.
• Corporate Day Membership  (if the bar is open): $75 + GST
